Product update
Now you can get a free Screenly Player
From 19 October 2026, every new screen license you pay a full year for on a Business or Enterprise yearly plan comes with a Screenly Player. One license, one Player. The Player itself costs nothing, and it’s yours to keep. You pay shipping and tax, and for now we ship within the US only. Screens you already had on 19 October 2026 don’t earn one.
Full terms are on the offer page.
What is the Screenly Player?
A small device that connects to your screen and runs Screenly.
Inside is a Raspberry Pi 5, a proven platform for reliable signage. It comes in a Screenly case with ScreenlyOS already installed, and the cables are in the box. Connect power and a screen, enter a short code in your workspace, and your content starts playing.
After that, it keeps itself up to date. You manage it from your dashboard, wherever you are. It’s secure out of the box.
Why we’re doing this
Most people who start with digital signage know what they want on the screen. The hard part is choosing the device, and wondering whether it will work.
We’d rather you skip that. We want starting with Screenly to be easy, and the experience to be the best it can be. A Player in your hands gives you both.
What about Screenly Anywhere?
Screenly Anywhere lets you manage content on devices that don’t run ScreenlyOS. It’s a good way to try Screenly, or to run a screen when you can’t connect an extra device to your display.
For screens that run all day, a dedicated Player is best. The docs explain the difference.
How to get yours
Choose a yearly Business or Enterprise plan on the pricing page, then ask us for your Player once the year is paid. Already on a yearly plan? Screens you add earn one too, and the free digital signage player page has the details, including how to get it before your renewal.
