Screenly is based in London; however, our team is spread out around the world. Despite the distance, our goal is to make each team member feel as if everyone is just a ping away in the next room.
Screenly has a full-time Development Team and a full-time Sales & Marketing Team. Screenly team members use a variety of chat and video conferencing tools to stay connected, and each team syncs up weekly for planning and review sessions. At Screenly, we are proud of a horizontal organizational structure. Team members can reach out to anyone at any time. In fact, the more collaboration among and across disciplines the better! After all, two heads are better than one.
