Reaching your private network

Topic 4 of 5

Some of what a screen needs does not live on the public internet. An internal dashboard, an intranet page, a service behind your firewall: these sit on your private network, out of reach of an ordinary device on the open internet.

Screenly can bring a screen onto that network. The device becomes a trusted member of it and reaches the internal resources it needs, the same ones your own machines use, with none of it exposed to the public internet. This is set up across the whole fleet at scale, rather than one device at a time.

That is integration at the network level: not about who can reach the screen, but about giving the screen a secure path to the places your content and data actually live. Today it works through a Tailscale integration, though what matters is the capability, not the particular tool behind it.
