1 What a workspace is A workspace is the container for your screens, content, playlists, and schedules. It is where the work lives, separate from the account you sign in with.
2 One workspace or many A workspace is a clean wall between sets of work. Most teams need one; some split by brand, region, or client.
3 People and access People join a workspace with their own account, and what each one can do is decided inside that workspace.
4 Linked workspaces Workspaces can be linked in a parent and child relationship, so a group of separate workspaces shares billing and a single pool of licenses while staying apart in every other way.
