A workspace is the container for everything you do in Screenly. Your screens, your content, your playlists, and the schedules on them all live inside one. When you are working in Screenly, you are always working inside a workspace.
This is the part people mix up with the account. Your account is who you are: the login that gets you in. The workspace is where the work is. The two are kept separate on purpose, so that people and work are not tied to each other.
Inside a workspace, everything works together. A playlist can reach any screen in it, content is shared across it, and the people in it see the same set of work. It is one connected place where a team’s signage lives.
