Screenly Anywhere runs on hardware you already own. What that means in practice depends on the device, so this page lists everything supported and how each one gets Screenly onto it.

Install an app
The device installs the Screenly app from its own store, then shows a pairing code.

Use the browser already on the device
Nothing is installed. The device opens a web address and becomes a screen.

A note on commercial and consumer displays
Samsung and LG are currently the reverse of each other, so check which line your model belongs to rather than assuming the pattern holds across brands.
On Samsung we support the commercial displays and not consumer televisions. On LG we support consumer webOS TV through its browser, and webOS Signage for business displays is on our roadmap.
