Install the app

Install Screenly Anywhere from the Google Play Store on an Android device and pair it with your workspace.

  1. On the device, open the Google Play Store and search for Screenly.
  2. Install the app and open it.
  3. A pairing code appears on screen.
  4. In your dashboard, open Screens, click Connect screen, and enter the code.

The screen starts playing as soon as it is paired.

Note

A pairing code is good for 30 days. There is no short window to miss. If a device has been sitting unpaired for longer than that, connect it to the internet and wait for it to show a fresh code.

Next

The app launches itself on boot, but two device settings have to allow it first, and both are off on many devices. Launch the app automatically on power on covers those and the power settings that put a screen to sleep.
