Owners, Admins, and Billing Managers can do this.
- Open Settings, then Billing & Subscription.
- Choose Manage subscription.
- Choose Update subscription.
- In Quantity, enter the total number of screens you want, then Continue.
- Review and Confirm.
The quantity field is a total, not an increment. To go from 10 screens to 12, enter 12.
Adding licenses
Licenses are available immediately, so a screen you connect afterwards has one waiting. Billing for the change follows our terms of service.
Add before a rollout rather than during it. Connecting a screen with no license free fails outright rather than queueing.
Removing licenses
Free the licenses first. Removing a license from the subscription does not disconnect a screen; the count simply drops below what is assigned. Disable the screens you are giving up, check the Available counter, then reduce.
Changing plan
Same portal. An upgrade takes effect immediately, and everything carries over untouched.
Two things to check before downgrading.
Seats. Starter has two. Dropping to it disables the excess members automatically, and which ones are disabled is not your choice. Remove the members you mean to remove first. See Manage members.
Features you are relying on. SAML, linked workspaces, shared playlists, and audit logs are Enterprise. 4K is Business and above. A downgrade stops them.
Minimums still apply
Business bills for five screens and Enterprise for twenty-five whatever quantity you enter. Reducing below the minimum does not reduce the bill below it.
