Sign up and create your workspace, the container everything else lives in.
Connect your first screen with a pairing code.
Upload your first content to your library.
Create your first playlist and add that content to it.
Assign your playlist to a screen.
Verify your screen is playing.

You can do steps 3 and 4 before you have any hardware. If your Screenly Player has not arrived yet, set up Screenly Anywhere in a browser tab and follow along on that instead.

Sign up and create your workspace

Create your Screenly account, name your workspace, optionally invite your team, and you are ready to connect a screen.

Connect your first screen

Get a device showing a pairing code, enter it in the dashboard, and bring the screen under Screenly's management.

Upload your first content

Add a file to your library, or point Screenly at a live web page or stream instead.

Create your first playlist

A playlist is the running order a screen loops through. Create one, add your content, and set how long each item shows.

Assign your playlist to a screen

Pick the screens a playlist plays on, either directly or with a label, and it arrives on the next check-in.

Verify your screen is playing

Check the screen's status, confirm it is in sync, and see what it is showing right now without standing in front of it.
