Sign up and create your workspace

Create your Screenly account and name your workspace. Two minutes, no card, no password.

Updated

Everything in Screenly lives inside a workspace: your screens, your content, your playlists, and the people who work on them. Creating one is the first step, and it takes about two minutes.

Create an account with your email address. It starts a 14-day free trial and does not ask for a card.

There is no password to choose. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, a passkey, or an existing Google, GitHub, or Microsoft account.

Create your workspace

When you sign in for the first time, Screenly offers to create a workspace.

  1. Click Create workspace.
  2. Give it a name. Your company or team name is the usual choice.
  3. Click Create.

You land in the new workspace, ready to connect a screen. Inviting teammates can wait until there is something to show them: Invite members covers it, and Roles and permissions explains what each role can do.

Note

One workspace is the right answer for almost everyone starting out. If you think you will need several, for separate business units or clients, One account, many workspaces explains when that makes sense. You can add more at any time.
