Every new workspace starts on a free trial that runs for 14 days. It does not ask for a card, and it does not start a subscription you have to remember to cancel.
What you get
The trial is the real product, not a limited preview. You can connect screens, upload content, build playlists, schedule them, install apps, and invite teammates.
Use it to answer the questions that matter before you commit: does your content look right on your displays, does Screenly reach the internal dashboard you want to put on screen, and does the hardware you already own work with Screenly Anywhere.
You do not need hardware to start. Set up Screenly Anywhere in a browser tab and you can evaluate most of Screenly right in your browser while your players are still shipping.
What it does not require
No credit card, and no sales call. Sign up with an email address and you are in.
Screenly is passwordless by default, so there is no password to choose either. See Sign up and create your workspace for the sign-in options.
When it ends
Pick a plan before day 14 and everything carries over untouched: your screens stay connected, your content stays in the library, and your playlists keep their schedules. Nothing is rebuilt and nothing is migrated.
Starter is the usual starting point, and the reasons to move up are specific: more than five screens, more than two users, or a need for 4K. Moving up has no migration cost either; only the plan and its licenses change.
See Plans for Screenly to choose one, and the pricing page for current rates.
Enterprise requires a minimum of 25 screens and includes things a trial cannot show you on its own, such as a support SLA and SSO through your identity provider. If that is where you are heading, talk to us during the trial rather than after it.
