Playlists lists everything in the workspace with a thumbnail of its first item.

Duration is the loop length
The duration column adds up every item, which answers the question that matters on a wall: how long before someone standing there sees the same thing twice.
A four-minute rotation in a lift lobby is wrong, because nobody stands there for four minutes. Sorting by duration finds the playlists that have quietly grown past what their location can support.
Status
Disabled means assigned but never playing. It is the fastest way to take a playlist out of service without dismantling it, and the first thing to check when a playlist that looks correct is not appearing.
A disabled playlist shows a banner across its own page, so you cannot edit one for ten minutes without noticing.
Search
Search matches the title, the status, and the names of labels the playlist targets. Typing a label name lists every playlist aimed at it, which is how you find out what a given group of screens is actually showing.
