Clicking a screen opens its own page, in five tabs.
Overview
The at-a-glance answer. A screenshot of what it is showing, a health summary, which device it is, where it is, and its local time.
The local time card is worth more than it looks, because schedules run in each screen’s own time zone. A screen showing the wrong content at the wrong hour is often a screen with the wrong time zone.
Details
The full report from the device: power, temperature, storage, network checks, and what the player is running. See Health and diagnostics.
Settings
Name, location, notes, labels, and everything about the display. See Settings.
Now Playing
The playlist items currently active on this screen, and a Preview button that plays them back in the browser.
This is the page that answers “why is it showing that”. If an item you expect is missing here, the problem is the schedule or the assignment rather than the device.
Actions
The one-off operations: enabling and disabling, privacy mode, reboot, certificates, transferring to another workspace, and deleting. See Managing screens.
