Screens in the main navigation lists every screen in the workspace, with a thumbnail of what each is showing.
The four cards
Along the top are counts by state. Clicking one filters the list to those screens.

These overlap on purpose. A screen can be both online and pending sync, and it will be counted in both.
The two status columns
Status is about the connection. An online screen says Online. One that is not says when it was last seen instead, which is more useful than the word Offline: Last seen 12 minutes ago and Last seen Mar 4, 9:15 are different problems.
Content status is about whether the screen has what it should be showing.

The two are independent. A screen can be perfectly online and still showing yesterday’s playlist because today’s has not finished downloading, and that is a normal state a few minutes after you change something rather than a fault.
Finding a screen
The search box matches screen names and label names, so typing a label name lists everything carrying it. It does not match notes, locations, or content, so a room written in the notes field will not be found this way.
Sorting by Status puts online screens first, then the rest ordered by how recently they were seen, which puts the screen that has been dark longest at the bottom. That is usually the one to look at first. Sorting by Content status groups everything that is not showing what it should, whether or not it is online.
Every screen, playlist, and settings tab has its own URL, so a link to a specific screen’s Details tab works when pasted into a ticket or a chat.
Working on several at once
Edit, at the top right, turns on checkboxes. Select the screens you want, choose Labels, and apply or remove labels across all of them in one go. Finish turns it off again.
