Members live under Settings, then Members, in two sections: the members already here, and the invitations that have not been accepted yet.

The four roles and what each can do, inviting members, changing and removing them, and giving somebody access that expires on its own.

Four roles: Owner, Admin, Billing Manager, User. What each can do, and the thing roles deliberately do not control.
Invite members
Invitations go by email, carry a role and an optional expiry date, and can be resent or cancelled while pending.
Manage members
Change a role, disable somebody without removing them, remove them entirely, and transfer ownership.
Temporary access
Give somebody access that ends on a date you set, at invitation time or afterwards. Access expires on its own.
