Which plans earn a free player
One Player per new screen license, earned once. The offer starts on 19 October 2026. Business is $24 per screen per month billed annually and starts at 1 screen. Enterprise has custom pricing from 25 screens.
Earns a free Player
- Business yearlyEach new screen paid for a full year earns 1 Player. 1 screen is enough.
- Enterprise yearlySame rule. A wire payment counts once the invoice is marked paid.
- Monthly customers who switch to yearly, for new licensesScreens you add after 19 October 2026 earn 1 Player each when you pay a year for them on the yearly plan. Screens you already had on 19 October 2026 do not.
- Screens added on a yearly plan above your count on 19 October 2026Each screen you add on a Business or Enterprise yearly plan above that count earns 1 Player: at your next renewal, or sooner if you ask us for a one-off invoice that tops the screen up to a full year.
Does not earn
- StarterStarter does not earn Players.
- Monthly billingMonthly billing earns nothing. Switching to yearly earns Players only for screens added after 19 October 2026.
- Screens you already had on 19 October 2026, on any planThey never earn, even if you switch from monthly to yearly. Screens you add above that count do.
- Players beyond 25 per customerThe offer covers 25 Players per customer. Expect more? Talk to sales before you pay and we agree the number up front.
Example
Adding a screen mid-term
You are on Business yearly at $24 per screen per month billed annually, and your renewal is on 1 March. On 1 September you add 1 screen. Your subscription charges the 6 months to renewal, $144.
Want the Player now? Ask us for a top-up invoice for the other 6 months, $144, so a full year ($288) is paid for that screen. The Player is earned when that invoice is paid.
On 1 March, your renewal invoice carries a $144 credit for the months you already paid.
That credit is never paid out. If you do not renew, it is forfeited.
The offer in 3 facts
The Player costs $0
Nothing for the digital signage player itself.

- Planning more than 25 screens? Talk to us before you pay: the offer covers 25 Players per customer unless we agree more.
- We confirm how many Players your rollout earns

Thanks, we got it.
Someone from sales will email you within 1 business day with a quote and the Players your rollout earns.
The fine print
- 1 Within the US only for now. Players earned by customers outside the US stay reserved until shipping opens there, for as long as the yearly subscription that earned them runs. They are lost when it ends without renewal or moves to monthly.
