Settings were the last pages laid out their own way, so moving between a screen’s settings and your workspace’s meant adjusting to a different arrangement of the same kinds of controls.
Workspace and account settings now use the horizontal tabs that playlists and screens use, and each tab has one save bar, so it is clear what a save applies to. Branding moved into the Workspace tab rather than standing alone, which is where people looked for it anyway.
If you bookmarked the branding page: it no longer has its own address and now lives under Settings > Workspace.
