Signing in and out moves into the extension's pop-up

Everything the extension does happens in its pop-up now. Select the Screenly icon in the toolbar while signed out and the pop-up shows the “Token” field and “Sign In” button right there, rather than sending you to the extension’s options page in a new tab. Once you’re signed in, the pop-up confirms it, and the next time you open it, it’s ready to add the page you’re on.

The gear button next to “Add to Screenly” opens settings in the same pop-up, with “Sign Out”. The separate options page is gone.

The pop-up also has a new look, with the Screenly logo on the sign-in screen.
