- New
Workspace settings have a new design
Workspace settings are easier to use: a cleaner page for each area, and settings that explain themselves, so most questions get answered right where you are.
- New Monitoring
The dashboard updates in real time, starting with the screen page
Changes now reach your dashboard the moment they happen, with no refresh. The screen page is first: a teammate's edits to the screen, a screen losing or regaining its connection, and a new screenshot all show up on their own.
- Improvement Security
Sign-in codes now last 30 minutes instead of 10
The code we email you to sign in stays valid for 30 minutes, so a slow email or a code read on another device no longer runs out before you type it.
- Fixes and improvements
Email sign-ups start in the Lobby, and other improvements
New email sign-ups create their first workspace in the Lobby, screen names can be up to 255 characters, and name errors say what's wrong.

- New Content management
A new Playlists tab on every screen
Every screen now has a Playlists tab that lists everything assigned to it and how each playlist gets there, directly or through a label, so you can see why a screen plays what it plays at a glance.
- Fixes and improvements
Autofill stays out of fields that aren't about you, and other improvements
Browsers stop offering your saved details on fields like a screen's name, label names on a screen open their pages, and account linking at sign-in is improved.

- New Content management Device management
Labels have their own pages
A new Labels page lists every label with its screen and playlist counts, and each label has a page where you add or remove its screens and playlists, rename it, or delete it.
- New Monitoring Device management
Screenshots on demand, from a screen's page
The Screenshot card on a screen's Overview tab has a "Take screenshot" button, so you can see what a screen shows right now instead of waiting for its next automatic screenshot.
- Improvement
Account settings open over the page you're on
Account settings now open in a dialog over the current page, and closing it leaves you where you were.
- Fixes and improvements
A screen's status follows its connection, and other improvements
Reconnected screens stop showing Disconnected, a reboot sent during a check-in still arrives, and timezone pickers are searchable.

- New Device management
Screens can be powered off from the dashboard
A new Power off action on a screen's Actions tab shuts the player down remotely, on ScreenlyOS 26.8.0 and newer.
- Improvement Content management
Improvements to the Add content dialog
Adding content to a playlist is quicker: the Add content dialog is bigger, easier to scan and sort, lets you step into folders and PDFs, and searches every folder at once.
- Improvement Content management
Unsaved playlist changes can't get lost between tabs
A playlist's Content, Schedule, and Settings tabs now each ask about unsaved changes before you move on, so you never leave with an edit forgotten on another tab.
- Fixes and improvements
Tabs always show their names, and other improvements
Tabs keep their names in narrow windows and open in a new browser tab like any link, and images in a playlist show the duration they'll be saved with.
