Improvements to the Add content dialog

Adding content to a playlist is quicker and easier, especially from a large library. The Add content dialog, under Playlists > a playlist > Content, is bigger and built for finding the right item fast:

• Content is listed in a table you can sort by name, type, duration, or date added.
• Folders open like folders, so you step into one instead of scrolling past all of them in one long list, and you can add everything in a folder at once.
• A PDF opens onto its pages, so you can add the pages you want, or all of them.
• Search covers every folder at once and shows where each match lives.
• Previews show the whole image, so a portrait poster and a widescreen banner are easy to tell apart.
