Unsaved playlist changes can't get lost between tabs

Editing a playlist often means touching more than 1 tab: some content, then the schedule, then the title. Until now those unsaved changes could pile up on different tabs, and it was easy to forget one. The only way to be sure was to check each tab before leaving, and a title change on the Settings tab could disappear without a word.

Now each tab is settled before you move on. The warning the Content tab got in September covers Content, Schedule, and Settings alike: leave any of them with unsaved changes, to another tab of the playlist or away from it, and Screenly asks “Leave without saving?” first. You save or let the change go right there, so there’s never an edit waiting on a tab you’re not looking at.
