SAML sign-in no longer fails for some workspaces, and linking an identity provider account finishes

For some workspaces, signing in with SAML failed on every attempt and ended on an error page. Those workspaces can sign in with SAML now.

Linking your Screenly account to your identity provider had a broken last step too, whichever provider you sign in with. After you entered the code on the “Link identity provider account” page, you landed on an error page even though you were already signed in. Confirming the code now takes you to the Lobby.
