26.10.3
- Improvement Device management
Improvements to managing a screen's labels
Managing a screen's labels is easier: they have a tab of their own, with a table you can search and sort, how far each label reaches, and adding and removing in 1 place.
- New Monitoring Developers API
Screen reports on the API include hardware and software health
Screen reports on API v4.1 now return much more of what a player reports about itself, so your own tools can spot a failing SD card or disk, check temperatures, and see what software a player runs.
- Fixes and improvements
Power BI reports stay on screen through connection renewals, and other fixes
Power BI reports no longer show an error when the workspace's connection is due for renewal, and screen name and location changes reach apps right away.

- Fix Security
Invited members can sign in with single sign-on, Google, GitHub, or Microsoft
Accepting a workspace invitation and then signing in with SAML single sign-on, Google, GitHub, or Microsoft failed with an error. New members now get in.
- Improvement Monitoring
Last seen shows the year for a screen that went offline in an earlier year
An offline screen last seen in an earlier year now shows the year in its Last seen date, so a screen that has been dark for years no longer looks like it went offline last week.
26.10.0
- Removed Developers API Breaking change
API v3's screens, playlists, groups, and assets endpoints are switched off
As announced in July, the API v3 endpoints for screens, playlists, groups, and assets stopped working on October 1, 2026, apart from adding and removing screens. The same data is in API v4.1.
- Fixes and improvements
Every table opens sorted A to Z, and other improvements
Tables sort by their first column with numbers in order, headers switch between ascending and descending, and a tab only looks selected when it's open.

- Improvement Content management Developers API
Playlists on API v4 and v4.1 include when they were created
The playlists endpoint on API v4 and v4.1 returns a created_at timestamp for every playlist, and you can filter on it.
- Fixes and improvements
Tables across the dashboard work the same way, and other improvements
Tables share one look and behavior, workspace names get clear errors and can be 1 character long, and dragging onto a folder highlights it.
26.9.7
- Improvement
A dashboard tab you left open keeps up when you sign in or out elsewhere
Come back to a dashboard tab after signing out, signing back in, or switching accounts in another tab, and it reloads to the right place instead of carrying on with errors.
- Improvement
Clearer colors across the dashboard, as a step toward WCAG AA
As part of our work toward the WCAG AA accessibility standard, the dashboard's colors now follow contrast targets, so text, buttons, and fields stand out clearly from the background on every page.
- Fixes and improvements
Members see the workspace name in settings, and other fixes
Members who can't rename the workspace see its name, an open settings tab picks up a rename, and unknown single sign-on links explain themselves.

- Fix Security
SAML sign-in no longer fails for some workspaces, and linking an identity provider account finishes
SAML sign-in failed on every attempt for some workspaces, and linking your account to your identity provider ended on an error page. Both work now.
- Fix Content management
Switching tabs on a playlist keeps your unsaved changes
Edits you have not saved on a playlist's Content tab now stay put when you switch to another tab of the same playlist and back.
