To display web page content on a digital sign, users need to deal with authentication. Screenly makes it easy to authenticate digital signs.

Screenly supports the basic and bearer authentication out-of-the-box. However, sometimes that isn’t enough. Perhaps the login sequence requires you to input some things and then press a button. Enter JavaScript Injection.

With our our JavaScript Injector, you can perform all sorts of interactions to a web page. When a web page loads, you can execute custom JavaScript. This can include things like logging into a page, but also different things like to close a GDPR consent pop-over, scroll down.

You can test your JavaScript locally, and then add them to Screenly using our CLI.
