Monday.com is a popular work management platform that helps teams organize tasks, manage workflows, and monitor performance in real-time. With powerful dashboard views, you can keep track of key metrics, project statuses, and team progress.
Now with Screenly, you can easily display your Monday.com boards and dashboards on digital signs — bringing visibility, alignment, and transparency to any workspace.
Here’s how to set it up.
Step 1: Get started with Screenly
If you don’t already have a Screenly account, you can start a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. If you already have an account, log in and head to your Screenly dashboard.
To add a screen:
Click the Screens tab on the left-hand menu
Click + Add Screen on the top right
In this tutorial, we’ll be using a Screenly Anywhere screen — which means you can display digital signage using just a web browser, with no extra hardware. Just go to anywhere.screenly.io, and pair the screen using the code shown.
Give your screen a name like Test Screen and click Add.
Step 2: Get your public Monday.com board link
Next, let’s grab the content you want to display from Monday.com.
Open the Monday.com board or dashboard you want to share.
Click the three-dot icon (•••) on the board tab.
Select Share View from the dropdown menu.
Ensure the board is publicly visible — toggle the sharing option if needed.
Click Copy Link to grab the shareable public URL.
This link allows Screenly to display your board content on your digital screen.
Step 3: Add your Monday.com board to Screenly
In the Screenly dashboard, click the Content tab on the left-hand menu.
Click + New Content in the top right.
In the popup modal, select URL.
Paste in the Monday.com share link and click Finish.
Give your content a name like Monday Dashboard and click Save.
Your dashboard is now saved as content in your Screenly account.
Step 4: Create a playlist and assign it to your screen
Click the Playlists tab on the left-hand menu.
Click + New Playlist on the top right.
Name your playlist something like Monday Dashboard.
Under Content, add the Monday.com item you just saved.
Set the schedule so the playlist starts immediately (or at your preferred time).
Under Plays On, choose the screen you just created (e.g., Test Screen).
Optionally, set the display duration — such as 30 seconds.
Click Save.
Now your Monday.com board is part of a playlist and assigned to your screen.
Step 5: That’s it!
Your Monday.com dashboard will now appear on your digital signage screen. This is a great way to keep everyone aligned, showcase team progress, and spark collaboration.
